We’ve got news. Big News! 5 Bedrooms of Big News to be exact!!

That’s right, we have a new property and are so excited to tell you about it. It’s located in Holly Hills/Scenic Heights neighborhood, right off Tharpe Street. So it’s close to all the universities!! We saw tons of potential in this house and can’t wait to give it a facelift!

BEFORE:

Ok, ok, we know, nothing too exciting. But we have a vision. The entire exterior is being painted a gray color in order to make it appear larger and more modern. The trim will most likely be black and bright white, possibly with a red door.

The inside has hard wood floors under ALL the carpet…so old school!

So we are refinishing all the floors and they are going to look amazing!

The kitchen will have all stainless appliances and glass tile backsplash. We are also removing a wall to open up the layout. This house is going to look brand new. New fixtures, fans, paint, appliances, and more.

It’s hard to envision, but here’s an example of kitchen in a similar property we renovated at 1810 Myrick, it’s also available for rent this August.

Hope everyone (that was lucky enough to have one) enjoyed their Spring Break! We have sent you all letters regarding renewing your leases for August 2012, and if you have not already given us an answer, well we may be advertising your place. The reason we need to know so far in advance is because many people, especially college students are ALREADY looking to pre-lease and we don’t want to miss the boat!

Nothing would make us happier than for you to stay where your are and continue to lease from us. But we understand things change, people graduate, and roommates come and go. And if that is the case, maybe you could consider renting another one of our great properties? We can provide a smooth transition for you.

So please stay in touch with us so we can continue to communicate with you as we begin to pre-lease our properties.

We will make sure to contact you on the numbers you have provided us to let you know of scheduled showings. (You may want to update us if those numbers have changed) Also make sure to touch base with your roomies in case they received a call. We happily show your properties during business hours.

As of next week we will have all of our August rentals available and ready to lease out for the Fall! We have a lot of great properties that you would be interested in and can fit your home needs! Also, our office is currently undergoing renovations and were getting new paint, carpet and giving our place a new up-do! Miranda finally got a bigger office, so she service YOU better! In addition, we would like to welcome our new runner and intern Eric who will be a great addition to our family here at Lauer.
